Sweet Malvasia

This Malvasia sweet wine has a pale purple hue and a distinct floral rose scent. The floral aroma is captivating, accompanied by hints of red cherry, plum, and strawberry. It's sweet with moderate acidity and gentle tannins with a slight fizz. The balance is pleasant, and it concludes with a lingering finish.

5.5% ABV (Alcohol by Volume)

The sweet Malvasia grapes go through a cool maceration process, staying at a controlled temperature for days. This method extracts the rich colour and flavourful essence from these aromatic grapes. After pressing, the resulting sweet must undergoes a careful decanting and filtering process, maintaining a low temperature before fermentation begins, sometimes months after harvest. The magic happens in steel vats where the fermentation unfolds, and interestingly, there's no second fermentation in the bottle. This meticulous journey from grape to bottle ensures a delightful and pure expression of Malvasia's aromatic charm.
