Medium lemon in appearance with an initial light aroma intensity. Striking citrus fruit accents with grapefruit lemon and orange. Dry and intriguing, medium acidity, medium bodied with lasting finish.

12.5% ABV (Alcohol by Volume).

A traditional method sparkling wine in which the durella grapes are hand-picked towards the beginning of September. The grapes are cold pressed and separated from the skins. First fermentation takes place in steel vats, followed by a second, in-bottle fermentation on the wine’s natural yeasts and ageing that lasts for a minimum of 15 months.

Great as an aperitif with canape or hard cheese. Also great with fish and seafood pasta dishes.
