Vibrant yellow color with fine bubbles. It has a complex aroma reminiscent of freshly baked croissants, complemented by subtle notes of sweet honey and ripe white peaches. The taste is lively, with a pleasing saltiness that balances the overall flavor. The finish is persistent, leaving you with a memorable and enjoyable taste experience.

12.5% ABV (Alcohol by Volume).

The Durella vineyards are meticulously tended to ensure a limited yield of no more than 8,000 litres per hectare, employing the picturesque Guyot trellis system. Every grape is hand-harvested, and delicately arranged in small crates. The winemaking journey commences with a gentle pressing, followed by a carefully controlled fermentation at temperatures ranging between 14°C and 16°C. Subsequently, a second fermentation occurs in crown capped bottles. This extraordinary wine matures in subterranean cellars, resting on the lees for a minimum duration of 5 years.
