A smooth Pinot Grigio that boasts a vibrant fruity aroma with surprising depth.

There are inviting floral and fruity aromas in the bouquet, with hints of white peach, pear and tropical fruit.

The palate reveals a complex and well-balanced profile, showcasing slight notes of hazelnut, and vanilla, all hallmarks of ageing in oak.

12% ABV (Alcohol by Volume).

In this unique approach to Pinot Grigio production, the grapes are harvested around mid-September and undergo gentle pressing.

The must undergoes cold settling in a temperature-controlled tank of 8-10°C for approximately 12 hours. Carefully selected yeasts are added and fermentation is initiated in stainless steel tanks, at a meticulously controlled temperature between 16-18°C.

To add a touch of complexity and richness, approximately 30% of the wine completes its alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels, before undergoing further maturation in Tonneaus for around 3 months.

Beyond this window, we may not be able to consider returns, as wine products are particularly sensitive to continuous movement, temperature, and light and may not retain their quality during repeated transportation. Your understanding of this time frame is appreciated as it ensures that we can maintain the integrity and quality of our wine products.
