This Chiaretto rosé showcases a lovely pale pink color. The aroma profile is medium in intensity, offering notes of blooming flowers, red cherries, and plums, with subtle hints of passion fruit. Its palate strikes a well-balanced chord, pairing satisfying acidity with a light body. The inviting blend of aromas evokes gooseberries, redcurrants, and delicate hints of fresh peach, complemented by a barely noticeable touch of grapefruit. The experience gracefully concludes with a satisfying finish. This rosé is an excellent representation, embodying the harmony and tradition of the serene, sun-kissed shores of Lake Garda.

12% ABV (Alcohol by Volume).

The creation of this Chiaretto starts by selecting and hand-picking the red Corvina and Rondinella grapes from vineyards that yield majestic views of Lake Garda. Once destalked, the grapes are gently crushed in a temperature controlled environment. The resulting juice (must) is quickly separated from the grape skins, cooled, and filtered. Fermentation begins within a day of harvesting. The developing wine is then placed in steel vats, where it matures for six months.This involved method guarantees nuanced Chiaretto, reflecting the commitment from vine to bottle.
