Vibrant yellow color with fine persistent bubbles. It offers a complex bouquet of daisies and chamomile, along with notes of white peaches and subtle hints of toasted bread. As one sips, this marvel from Tessari reveals a medium body and strikes a perfect balance between acidity and minerality, leaving a lasting and enjoyable finish.

12.5% ABV (Alcohol by Volume).

The Durella vineyards are meticulously managed to yield no more than 8,000 litres per hectare, using the Guyot trellis system. All grapes are carefully selected, handpicked, and placed in small crates. The winemaking process begins with a gentle pressing, followed by controlled fermentation at a controlled temperature between 14°C and 16°C. Subsequently, a second fermentation in bottle fermentation takes place. This exceptional wine matures in underground cellars, resting on the lees for a minimum of 3 years.
