This sparkling wine boasts a beautiful pink-orange color with a fine, persistent perlage. The delicate aroma carries a touch of blossoms, accompanied by nuanced notes of lime and grapefruit. What really shines through are the enticing fragrances of red cherry and redcurrant, with subtle hints of dough and bread. Medium-bodied with a cleansing acidity, it leads to a satisfying lengthy finish. A truly enjoyable experience.

12.5% ABV (Alcohol by Volume).

The Durella and Pinot Noir grapes are carefully handpicked and crushed collectively so that the initial must is collected via the Short Maceration process. The initial fermentation unfolds in steel vats, maintaining a precise temperature of 14°-16°C. The journey continues as the young wine is bottled, paving the way for a second fermentation. A minimum 36-month aging period follows, with the wine resting on the lees in cool underground cellars. This meticulous process brings out the distinct character of the blend with the delightful acidity and zesty notes of Durella combined with the fruity aromas of Pinot Noir.
