Medium lemon in colour the wine yields golden and green reflections, with a delicate a delicate and enduring effervescence. The bouquet offers fragrances of green apple, and velvety lemon zest and elderflower. The palate delivers a refreshing initial impression, with creamy texture, notes of crisp green apple and elderflower with a burst of citrus, leading to a satisfyingly prolonged and fresh finish.

The grapes are grown and harvested in Spain. After careful selection, they undergo a traditional vinification process with blending as needed, followed by subsequent de-alcoholization. Carbonation adds the fizz, and the final wine gets bottled under pressure.
