Unfilterred "frizzante" (subtly fizzy or mildly effervescent) wine.

This wine is delicate, pretty, and dry, with a moderate 11.5% alcohol content. Made from Corvina grapes, it exudes a perfume of ripe strawberries. The taste is light and airy, providing an effortless and refreshing experience. You'll find yourself reaching for a second or third glass to savor its charming qualities.

After manual harvest, the carefully selected Corvina grapes undergo crushing with a rapid separation of the must from the skins of this well known red grape variety. The resulting grape must juice initiates its first fermentation in steel vats. Following this first fermentation, the grape juice, which retains some residual sugars, is bottled and capped. The crown-capped bottles are then set aside to rest in a cool environment throughout the winter months. As spring brings warmer temperatures, a second spontaneous fermentation occurs within the bottles. During this phase, yeast consumes the remaining sugars, converting them into alcohol and carbon dioxide. This process for L'Ambizioso rosè wine spans for least six months, resulting in a vibrant fruity wine with a subtle sparkle known as "frizzante". In this case, an ancesdtral method pink frizzante from Lake Garda!
